Scope of basic hosting management

  • Site Migrations: Transfer of websites and projects (files, domains, databases) from third-party providers or between our internal services, provided a control panel is used.

  • Infrastructure Management: Migration of an entire account between host servers within our infrastructure (e.g., for location changes or server upgrades).

  • Disaster Recovery: Restoring full account backups from a specific date (subject to availability in our system or provided by the customer).

  • Security Scanning: Proactive malware detection and searching for malicious content using ImunifyAV.

  • cPanel Management & Consultations, specifically:

    • Managing domains and DNS records within your dashboard;
    • Provisioning and installing SSL certificates;
    • Database management (import, export, creation, and deletion of MySQL databases);
    • Email management: creation and configuration of mailboxes;
    • Email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC);
    • Access management via FTP, SSH, and cPanel;
    • PHP environment management (version selection and parameter tuning);
    • Task automation via CRON scheduler;
    • File system management (setting permissions for files and directories);
    • Deployment of popular CMS platforms;
    • Website renaming (complimentary for up to 3 domains or incidents);
    • Performance analysis and basic troubleshooting recommendations;
    • Configuration of server-side caching modules.

Important notice

While consultations are included, extensive manual work following a consultation may be performed on a paid basis. Such requests require a clear technical task sent via our ticket system.

Service policies & conditions

  • Third-Party Interference: We reserve the right to decline managed support if the hosting environment or website code has been modified by external third-party administrators.
  • End-User Policy: Managed support is provided exclusively to direct customers who do not resell our services.
  • Liability: All management tasks are performed on an "as-is" basis without explicit guarantees.
  • Service Discretion: In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to refuse specific technical works without providing a detailed explanation.

Extended managed tasks

Fee: €20/hour (06:00–15:00 UTC)

Non-standard or high-volume tasks, including complex cPanel configurations, are handled as paid management services
