Service terms & pricing
Fornex Hosting S.L. offers "Extended server management" as a premium paid service.
Rate: €450 per month per server.
Volume discounts are available for orders of 5 or more servers.
- Compatibility: This service is available exclusively for dedicated servers running Linux Ubuntu.
- Maintenance Windows: Routine server maintenance is performed during the day shift (except for emergency repairs).
- After-Hours Support: Any non-emergency maintenance or configuration work requested between 18:00 and 06:00 UTC incurs an additional charge of €40 per hour.
- Scheduling: All planned night-time management tasks must be scheduled in advance via the ticket system.
